Another Raffle Prize Donation

Raffle Prizes Wanted!!!

We are putting out another call for raffle prizes, we are incredibly grateful for anything you can donate.

What Can I Donate?

ANYTHING! Even if it isn't model horse related we welcome all donations, maybe you make your own jewelry or run a small business? We would love a donation :)

If you are based internationally maybe think about donating a voucher? We can print this off here and pop it in the raffle, saving you money on posting anything to us :)

When Should I Get it To You?

The show is on the 19th & 20th August 2017. 

All donations should be with me the week before at the latest, please allow extra time for the fact that post can be awful!

If you are attending you are welcome to bring it on the day, but please let me know in advance what you are donating. We have two raffles so I will try and split up donations evenly so there is balance between the days.

Ticket Order Deadlines

Hello everyone!

The show is fast approaching and whilst I have a complete nervous breakdown because we currently have no tables (DISASTER) I am attempting to sort other things out.

One of those is to make people aware of the upcomming deadlines to order your tickets!

If you really have left it this late then SHAME ON YOU! But don't worry you still have a couple of weeks left to order.

So below are the deadlines you need to keep in mind.

Full Payment

If you have only paid a deposit for your ticket you need to send full payment by 1st July 2017

Silver & Gold Tickets

The deadline for ordering silver and gold tickets is 10th July 2017

Bronze Tickets

The deadline for ordering bronze tickets is 13th August 2017

Or when the days sell out!!!


If you do not pay in full by July 1st you will lose your place at the event.

These deadlines are strict. No exceptions. The show has been open for entries for over 11 months so you've had plenty of time!

Why the Deadlines?

There are several reasons why we have a strict deadline for the show. They are listed below:

1. Bills - we have a lot of expenses for this show and they need to be paid! If you don't pay there won't be any rosettes :(
2. Custom Made Items - The silver and gold tickets include custom printed items. These take time to make/order so there needs to be a deadline on these tickets
3. Ticket Postage Times - Your tickets are posted to you! So there needs to be a bronze deadline.
4. Security of Numbers - We need to know how many people are attending so we can make sure we have enough of everything on the day
5. Entry Packs - Every entrant will get a personalised entry pack, these take time to make!
6. Wristbands - You will need to wear a wristband throughout the event, we need to know how many of these to order
7. Over Ordering - If you have to order loads of everything then this costs us money and leaves us with loads of stuff left over. Keeping costs down is really important because it means that money can go on more important things, like cake

We are pleased to announce that AllOfMyHeart Designs will be joining us at the weekend.

This beautiful jewellery is produced by a UK hobbyist and we are delighted to have them at the show. I'm sure you'll be able to find something gorgeous to take home with you!

Tickets!

Look what arrived last week, I'm so excited about these.



I was toying whether or not to provide printed tickets and although they aren't a necessity I thought they would be a nice thing for people to have. They are something to add to your scrap book or to keep as a commemoration of the event.



They will be posted out to show attendees in advance, starting this week. As well as the physical tickets you will also receive a badge (there are 10 different designs available, left over badges will be for sale at the show if you want to collect the whole set) and the show information in a printed format. So you can start planning your weekend!

Tickets are Now Available!

Entries are now open for Cantering Carousel 2017.

This awesome two-day live show will be held at Ettington Community Centre on the 19th & 20th August 2017.

There are sections for all makes and models and a variety of entry fees to suit all budgets.

Loads of prizes on offer (including 6-tier rosettes, yes that's right....6-tier)!
